Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at mosakhir@yahoo.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue — including re-sending the file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• You do not have the software required to open the file

Damaged or Defective Files

If a file is corrupted or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
